The Academy’s bodies, its scholars and researchers are engaged in a number of scientific and research projects.
Some of them are the following:

1. Nanoelectronic materials – physical characterisation and improvement of properties.
2. Internal and external harmonisation of company law with the European Union law,
3. Research of the Serb Dialectic Complex of Bosnia and Herzegovina,
4. Development aspects of the Serb Literature of 20^th century,
5. Compiling and publishing the entire works of Pero Slijepcevic,
6. Long-term monitoring of the function of the left chamber of chronic alcoholics,
7. A scientific and research project, going on for several years already, “Encyclopaedia (Lexicon) of the Republika Srpska”.
8. Systematisation of the database of the scientific potential of the Republika Srpska,
9. Natural and economic resources potentials of the Republika Srpska,
10. The needs of the Republika Srpska population in the field of tertiary level of health protection, type B,
11. Impact of war and the aftermath of war on anthropometrical development of children and youth in the RS,
12. Civil war in Bosnia and Herzegovina in the Serb literature.
